About
Senior AWS Cloud Solution Architect with a bias for event-driven design and automation.
Who I am
I’m Israel Enrique Rivero Martínez, a Senior AWS Cloud Solution Architect with 17+ years of experience designing scalable, event-driven enterprise architectures on AWS. My expertise spans EventBridge, API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, CloudWatch, IAM, and Terraform-based infrastructure as code.
I’ve delivered high-volume platforms across FinTech and telecom, defined API standards, and authored technical blueprints that align technical and non-technical stakeholders on scalability, cost, security, and delivery trade-offs.
Based in Mexico City.

Philosophy
“Architecture is communication. The diagram is only as valuable as the consensus it builds.”
I design systems with a preference for event-driven decoupling, idempotent processing, and observable integration health — repeatable standards that teams across regions can own and evolve confidently.
